That was fine hotel set in green area, short walk to many good restaurants, monroe for work despite the choices in othre town, and Ruston La. Our queen room was spotless with extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

The room was very nice and the staff did an outstanding job.

Price, Super Clean, Super Comfortable, 5 stars, The person on duty needs a raise in salary.

The location was decent, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful.

The room was not clean, the bathtub was dirty and had small hairs in the tub. The room was dated and not modern at all. The door would not close unless I put substantial force on slamming it shut. The ice machine was across the street from my room, and was not conveniently located near the room at all. I eventually had to go to the front desk and ask that they check me out of the room, and not charge me for the night since I chose to go elsewhere.

The king room was clean, but there were not enough towels provided.

Dirty carpets, ac made a loud noise every time it came on .more like a $60 room maybe, not sure I would pay that.

Fighting and police there will never go there

The staff member on in the morning was more interested in what was on her iphone than any of her tasks. she even made coffee one handed as she held onto her phone and kept listening to her ear pieces.
